Each stone top is individually handmade and therefore each stone top on the diffuser may differ slightly. This also makes each diffuser unique!
Your order should be shipped from us within 1-2 business days. During sales and major holidays, it may take an additional day before your order is shipped.
For PostNord 1st Class Varubrev (Home Delivery), the delivery time is normally 1-3 days.
Regular mail is delivered by PostNord, normally within 1-3 days.
When your purchase has been completed, we will send you an order confirmation via e-mail. If you need or want to change something in your order, you must contact us as soon as possible by replying to the email with your order confirmation. Our warehouse is quick to ship out your items, and we cannot guarantee that your requested changes will be completed in time.
Unfortunately, we are unable to correct discount codes afterwards, but please contact us if this should happen. We at Aromi know that mistakes can happen, and therefore we can make sure to send a new code, which you can use for your next order
We at Aromi are usually very quick to handle your order. If you have placed an order that you immediately want to cancel, contact us immediately and we will do our utmost to cancel it! If the order has already started to be handled by our warehouse, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel it.
We currently do not have a physical store, all our products are ordered and handled here at arominest.com. We offer lightning fast deliveries and look forward to your order!
All our products are sent from our warehouse in Helsingborg.
Within 1-2 working days after you place your order, it should have been sent from us. During sales and major holidays, it may take a few more days before your order is shipped.
When your order has been sent from us, you will receive an email to the email address you registered at the time of ordering. There is a tracking link with which you can follow your order.
When your order has been delivered, you will receive an SMS (not valid for delivery via regular mail).
Single essential oils are normally sent by regular mail and cannot be tracked.
Should you not receive your item after 10 days, we would like you to contact us at info@arominest.com. Remember to state your order number.
Packages that are returned to us because you missed picking them up, because you left an incomplete address, because you did not receive notification, or similar, will be charged 200 SEK to cover the return fee for us and our handling costs.
When we have sent your package from our warehouse in Helsingborg, an email will be sent to the email address you have registered. There is tracking information.
Do not pick up a damaged package! If the damage is only discovered after you have opened your package, and the damage is of a type that can be traced to the handling of the transport company, you must contact them and make a claim. If a possible dispute with the transport company cannot be resolved, please contact us at info@arominest.com

All products that are packed are scanned and inspected individually in our warehouse in connection with packing. This minimizes the risk of mispicking. Should an item still be missing, we ask you to take a picture of the box, with the entire contents, and attach the picture when you contact us.
A diffuser (can also be called a "fragrance diffuser") is a device that uses cold water vapor to spread a pleasant fragrance in the home. The scent usually comes from essential oils that are 100% natural and non-toxic or perfume oils, and is added directly to the diffuser's water tank.
It is very easy to use the Aromi diffuser!
- Fill the tank with plain water.
- Add any essential oil.
- Press the start button and sit back and enjoy our wonderful and healthy scents!
Our starter kit includes the Aromi diffuser, a power cable and manual. In addition, 3 free scents of your choice are included so you can get started right away!
Our diffuser has a very high steam production and covers up to 50 square meters.

Essential oils are completely natural, but at the same time they are very concentrated and therefore you should never use the oils directly on the skin. Essential oils must first be diluted to be applied to the skin. You can follow the instructions on our essential oils product page or read directly on the label on the bottles.

Using essential oils with our diffuser is considered safe, but we strongly recommend that you consult a doctor before using essential oils if you are pregnant.
Pets can react to certain scents. Citrus is a scent that cats can react to. Dogs and cats have a much stronger sense of smell than humans, so we recommend using the timer function for 1 hour at a time if you have pets. Make sure your pet can always get to a room where there is no diffuser, so they can get away if they don't like the scent.
